Located in a beautiful private mansion in the heart of Autun's historical district, this newly refurbished flat will allow you to fully enjoy the city's liveliness with the pedestrian area, bars and restaurants nearby, and reach the countryside in a matter of minutes. You'll also have access to the mansion's private courtyard. This 45m2-flat is laid out like a loft: all rooms connect with each other, and is organised as follow: - 1 living-room with a sofa-bed (120cmx190xm, more comfortable for 1 adult than 2), open on a fully-equiped kitchen (oven, glass ceramic cooking hob, fridge, dish-washer, expresso machine, kettle, toaster...) - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom. Free parking places are located nearby. Baby and children equipment provided on demand. Iron and ironing board provided on demand. This mansion, named "Le Cocand", hosts a wine cellar where tastings and other events are offered. You can check the events calendar on the website www lecocand com. During summer time, we organise the « Apéritifs du Cocand » every Friday evenings, from 6pm to 9pm in the courtyard. A selection of artisan wines, cocktails and local tapas will be served and music will be played. The « Bonaparte » ‘s guests will have a reserved table if they wish to participate.
