We live next door in the family home. Point Clare is a Coastal treasure and has a lovely little boutique feel to it. Nestled along the banks of Brisbane water, it's located less than a 10 minute drive from the freeway and sits between Gosford and Woy Woy. There is a walking/bike track that runs alongside the water all the way through Point Clare down into Tascott and there is an entry into the Brisbane Water National Park at the end of Penang St leading to several peaceful walks and outstanding water views. Take the walkway/cycleway along the waterfront that stretches from the main shopping complex and children's park with the bridge and duck pond, right up to the hidden picnic and bbq areas along the waterfront. You can arrive by train and walk to the home and can explore the area by foot. A car allows you to see more of the surrounding area. A bus service takes you straight to the beaches of Umina and Ocean Beach, then on to Ettalong. The trainline runs from the city of Sydney north, up to Gosford and beyond to Newcastle. Annex: The apartment available is an annex which is a separate dwelling attached to the main house where the owners of the property live. You will have the whole Annex to yourself and for your enjoyment however we want you to be aware this is not a freestanding building Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Any breach of the noise regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. The home is perfect for mature travellers and families. Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays we ask you to remember to bring extra provisions.
