Enjoy a nice place to stay close to Toulouse, living in the traditional heart of a small city, keeping it's typical french village life style : Many small stores in less than a 200 m walk to find everything for you pleasure or basic needs. Nice 26 m2 apartment with a separated bedroom, shower area and toilets. The main room, very luminous, includes the kitchen and a living place with a working/dining table. Enjoy a small balcony south oriented with a table and 2 chairs. Despite of on non interest 1970 style, the building offers from the 4th flour a really pleasant view on the village's heart. The whole apartment is for your personal use, with its balcony and its small table and 2 chairs. To allow a maximum flexibility in your arrival, everything is organised without the need of our physical presence. But we make our best to keep available at any moment, if you need any help. You will appreciate living the french village way of live, with "terrasse", bars and restaurants, and all the stores to find out anything you need for your stay : Bakery with croissants and baguette daily prepared, but also fresh fruits and vegetables, fine catering, butchery and fish shop. Every Tuesday morning, the traditional market takes place behind the building. Public transportation to Toulouse subway or Labege Innopole is respectively 50 and 150 m. You will need 15 minutes in bus to reach Toulouse subway, with a departure every 10 minutes in rush hours. After your 1st call through the building's intercom, you will be autonomous for your check in and out. You will receive the apartment door's access code the day before your arrival.
