Quaint 200 year old French cottage, in a hamlet outside of beautiful Cussac has been recently sympathetically renovated to a high standard whilst retaining its period character. The attached garden laid mainly to lawn offers stunning views across the French countryside. The cottage comprises of two bedrooms, one and a half bath and comes equipped with all the amenities you would expect. The cottage is just a 40 minute drive to the city of Limoges. Free parking is available onsite. As well as the two bedrooms there is a cosy salon with a double sofa bed to offer extra sleeping space for larger families or groups. The salon is equipped with flat screen TV with English and French channels as well as a DVD player and a selection of board games. The whole house and garden are for the sole use of guests and there is a lockable barn opposite to offer secure storage for cycles and motorcycles if required. We are located just a 10 minute drive from the cottage and will be available in person or by phone should you wish. Quiet and peaceful hamlet in a national park. Approximately 8km from Cussac or Chalus each with supermarkets and all amenities. Located just 2 minutes drive away is the Chateau de Brie which is open to the public on Sundays and also a popular wedding venue. Limoges international airport can be reached within 30 minutes drive and 40 minutes to Limoges City. The national park is criss crossed with numerous walking and cycling routes. To venture outside of the immediate area a car is recommended.
