Stream Cottage, 450 year old thatched cottage

The cottage is a little piece of calm in the madness of our current world. Whether you are looking for a romantic get away with your loved one. A break from everything, just on your own to clear your head - read, walk, relax. Or, a base for you and your family to enjoy a holiday and explore all that the Essex / Suffolk border can offer the cottage is versatile enough to meet all your needs The main bedroom has a king size bed with room to erect a travel cot (one is there if you need to borrow one) The second bedroom has a standard double bed. The living room has a day bed, this is presented as extra seating, but within a matter of minutes (moving of pillows and cushions) it can be used as a single bed. Within 10 minutes, by pulling the trundle out and realigning the two single mattresses, it is fully useable as a double bed. Ideal for a child or two, or even adults. (If you need to use the day bed as a double bed, please let me know so I can leave out the double duvet. WELL BEHAVED PETS ARE VERY WELCOME! The cottage has sufficient parking on the drive for two cars, three if not long wheelbase and you are good at parking ;o) For example I frequently have a BMW 3 series, BMX X3 and a Vauxhall on the drive on changeover day. YOU DO REALLY NEED A CAR TO GET AROUND THE AREA. A quite country lane. You really need a car at your disposal. There is a stream that runs through the front garden, so if you have toddlers / young children please be aware. Or, mad springer spaniel type dogs that are only happy if in water and mud!
