Wood floor throughout, eat-in-kitchen, and Jacuzzi bathroom. This is the 1st floor beach front apartment with direct access to the pristine private beach. This is an intimate quiet neighborhood. Please no party or amplified music outside. No loud TV or music at night (neighborhood quiet hours start at 8PM). 2 private parking spots in gravel driveway behind the house, can park 4 cars in tandem. Ocean view and river view throughout the house. Access to beach is either to the left or to the right of the house, the fourth staircase on the right clearly marked "Beach Access", no beach pass required. We absolutely love our neighborhood and our beach resort town. Sea Bright is a real Beach Town, unique and safe. Our beach house is located in a quiet area on Ocean Ave and is close to the center of town where you find great restaurants, bars, specialty shops and beach activities. A tranquil peaceful oasis looking out to the lively beach and so close to a resort-like down town. Walking distance to the NJ Sandy Hook beach resort. There is a bicycle path in front right of the house before and parallel with the beach. Open the back door to a private gazebo sitting area looking out to the river watching sail boats go by. The spacious grass back yard is connected to the front yard where you can relax on a bench under an evergreen tree watching birds circles around when fishes are playing on the surface of the ocean. Enjoy jogging on the beach in the morning watching the sunrise or take a walk on the beach every evening. It's a wonderful life! Bus to local areas is right at the front door on Ocean Ave. Or take the Sea Streak ferry a few minutes away to NY City in ~30 minutes. Driving to Newark airport is ~45' and to NYC is ~1 hr. Available for monthly or summer seasonal rental april to september or winter rental october to april.
