The location is great as well. Berea has a lot of awesome little restaurants and shops and is within a few minutes of all major freeways. The airport is 5 minutes away and we're located 15 minutes from downtown. We are also walking distance to one of the most beautiful parks systems in the US. Activities there include biking, hiking, horseback riding, canoeing, tobogganing, cross country skiing, ziplining and more. They also have beautiful venues for weddings and parties. Guests have access to the whole house and a nice sized private back yard with a patio. I will be at your beckon call : ) I live right down the street and we can have as much or little interaction as your comfortable with. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. It is only a couple of minutes from a cute little victorian downtown circle that has great little shops and awesome food. It takes five minutes to get to the airport, 20 minutes to downtown , 2 minutes to the college, and five minutes to the turnpike. It is also a very short bike ride to the beautiful metroparks system. There is public transit within walking distance of the house Weekly and Monthly rates are discounted. Pricess for the RNC are negotiable. This home can be rented with my other home 3 houses down for a big group. There is a 60" flat screen in the living room, a 46" flat screen in the master and a 29" flat screen in one of the other bedrooms. The living room has a Blu Ray player and Netflix. There is also high speed internet.
