The 2.5 room apartment is located in the picturesque recreation and wine-growing area Stromberg-Heuchelberg and is an ideal retreat for those seeking peace and relaxation or for mountain bikers, cyclists, hikers, baders (bathing lake Ehmetsklinge in the village), and bikers. This beautiful, bright 2 1/2 room apartment is to be rented as a detached apartment in our villa style detached house as a fully equipped apartment in the basement, we meet the 5 star requirements completely. There is a spacious living and dining area with flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is integrated into this area. A large bedroom with double bed, full body gel and desk. There is also a virtually walk-in closet and a safe. A small, private outdoor area with garden table and 4 garden chairs is available and also belongs to the apartment, as well as 2 car parking spaces or 4 motorbike parking spaces.
