You can find restaurants everywhere La fermata dell'autobus è sotto casa ma le corse non sono frequenti. Per potersi servire dell'autobus di linea più frequentemente bisogna percorrere circa un km. D'estate c'è un trenino che va avanti e indietro sul lungomare, inizia intorno alle ore 21 e continua per alcune ore. Chi ha la macchina può visitare tantissimi luoghi nei dintorni, veramente interessanti, come per es, "le grotte di Pastena" (Pastena Caves), la reggia di Caserta con il magnifico giardino, Pompei, Sperlonga, Gaeta. Formia ha un porto dal quale si può partire per l'isola di Ponza. Chi non vuole usare la macchina può andare a Roma o a Napoli con il treno. La stazione è a soli 2 km Al pianterreno c'è negozio di generi alimentari e nel palazzo accanto una pizzeria, aperta anche d'inverno.
