Apartement in the hills in the countryside, in an elegant new building, with private courtyard, common carparking and private entrance, ideal to relax away from traffic, just 10 minutes from the sea and from the city center. the 65 square meters apartament, consist of a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, living room with kitchen in one room with a sofa and a single bed convertible into double bed or second sofa. the apartament has its own entrance, and it has a private parking space for one car in the private building's parking, protected by a fence with electric gate. we live in the apartament below It is a very quiet and a very green hilly area, with a beautiful dry and windy climate, cool even in summer, ideal for relaxing, away from traffic and from the noise. You can enjoy walks in the surroinding hills without sacrificing confort of the city center or the sea, which are 10 minutes by car.
