The main house has a total area of 160m ² GROUND FLOOR On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with two seating areas and a fireplace. A dining area which can sit up to 10 people and large terrace to the south overlooking the river Tarn where you can enjoy breakfast or a sundowner. The living area opens to the east towards another smaller terrace with a hammock and the swimming pool. The fully equipped independent kitchen with a dining area for 4 people opens onto a third terrace equipped with a table for 8 people. A master bedroom is located on the ground floor. It has a double bed (160x200), large windows opening on the river, a dressing room, a bathroom with a spa bath, walk-in shower, double sink and a separate toilet. The ground floor also offers another separate toilet and a laundry area. MEZZANINE The Mezzanine above the living room has a sofa bed that can sleep two people and a reading corner. On the same level, the second bedroom has two single beds that can be assembled to make a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a toilet. BASEMENT The basement has been turned into an entertainment room where children and adults can enjoy a game of ping pong or darts. This is also where you can play your music loud if you wish! EXTERIOR Outside, you will enjoy a 5 acres park with lots of fruit trees, a secure swimming pool (10x5 meters and kid’s pool), a barbecue and a “guinguette” (summer kitchen + dining area) overlooking the swimming pool where up to 12 people can share a meal. A few steps from the main house, is a smaller house/annex with an area of 50m2. Here, in the first room, you will find a kitchen equipped for breakfast (microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine) and a small living room with a 3 seater sofa and a TV. Next to the living area, is a sleeping area for 2 people, bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. The second room in this small house has a bed that sleeps two people, a private bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. This room has a private entrance with views of the park and is equipped with a bench and a coffee table. The parking area is a made from a wooden pergola where up to three vehicles can park. Fortified town of the eleventh century, Villemur-sur-Tarn is located in the wine production GI area of Fronton in Haute-Garonne. You will find pink brick monuments with military, religious or industrial past. You can rent a boat, enjoy the hiking trails, buy garlic or foie gras at the market on Saturday and Sunday morning. You will especially find here the sweetness of Gascon life and a starting point for excursions to the major sites of Occitania: Toulouse (45 km), Montauban (25 km), Moissac (50 km), Albi (70 km).
