Gorgeous holiday Lodge

A modern, light airy cottage style property, newly built at the end of 2017, in a quiet village. Accommodation is over two floors, the ground floor is an open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen, opening on to an enclosed spacious rear garden. There is a separate entrance hall and downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs has three double bedrooms, the master has an en suite shower room and the family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. The bathroom also houses the laundry appliances. The house is welcoming and in the summer months, the bifold doors open up the entire back of the house to encompass the rear garden and patio, which is fully enclosed. The drive can accommodate three cars. To the left of the property, there is La Campagna at The Angel, an Italian restaurant and bar, which is also perfect for takeaways, eliminating the need to cook. We are a five minute drive from Longleat House and Safari Park, which is less than five miles away. The heritage city of Bath is approx a 30 minute drive and the cities of Salisbury and Wells are about 40 mins, albeit in opposite directions. It is a wonderful location for walking, as we are on the edge of Salisbury Plain. In addition, we have excellent rail links, both the Westbury and the Warminster stations are less than three miles away. Guests have access to the entire property. This includes all exterior areas too Should you require any help or assistance we live just a few meters away.... Perfect for the Longleat Safari Park and only an hour and a half from the beautiful dorset coastline, Bournemouth and Sandbanks are an easy drive, should you require a change from the more local cultural spots. In addition there is a bar and restaurant next door to the property, which serves great affordable food. The best way to get around is by car. We are however just five minutes from the train stations, should you need a taxi. Fab for walking. Electric car charger available
