Making it the perfect accommodation for getting around. The apartment is situated on one floor, so you will have no worries about disturbing or getting disturbed by neighbours. This is a great space for teams and large groups There is everything in walking distance including supermarkets and farmer's markets within a 2 km distance. Not to forget the central station with its many food stalls and convenience shops and ATMs. The apartment is spacious, light and airy the living area offers masses of daylight from its wall of windows. Making meals is easy with the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. From appliances to utensils, you will find everything you need for a meal on the go or a full course sit down dinner. In the backyard, guests can also park their bicycles. Since there are no other apartments on the floor, you do not have to share with others. The offices in the house are small, the "traffic" in the house manageable. Some rooms face right the central station and are potentially louder than the others, which face the tranquil and green backyard. Our head-office is located at the same builiding. At weekdays we will be mostly available for our guests. In case we should not be there - we don't live far and can always be fetched in short time. In the immediate vicinity our visitors can find beautiful cafes, ice cream parlors, the botanical garden as well as the local zoo and numerous restaurants. The apartment itself is located in a pure commercial object, so there are no neighbors that could disturb your nocturnal beauty sleep. Absolute plus: Directly in the house there is a small kiosk with a large assortment – open from Mondays to Saturdays until about 21 o'clock. From the toothbrush over a large selection of drinks there is everything one might need. 10 meters next to the apartment, there is one of the few "unpacked" shops in Germany. Here you can buy your cereal, rice or even soap suitable for the stay and UNPACKED. A number of other supermarkets are located in about 1 to 1.5km distance to the apartment. The multicultural district "Südstadt" is not far away and has many bars, restaurants and even a small brewery. Right in the centralstation itself you can find shops, bakeries a McDonalds and many other little food stalls. Located right at the main station, there is nothing to add. Taxis, trams, so called „Nextbikes“ or buses are available 24 hours. Get to the Fair with the front door shuttle bus that will bring you there in no time. It couldn’t be more convenient. You need to get to one of the close by cities like Rastatt, Pforzheim or Stuttgart. Local trains get there hourly or even more often. Pretty much all trams of Karlsruhe stop at the main station. You can be at the city center or at the castle within less than 10 minutes. Get to Paris in 3hrs or travel to Basel (Switzerland) within 1,5 hrs. Despite the location at the station, the rooms are relatively quiet. Double glazed windows and the height (3rd floor) of the apartment make this 120 square meter flat an island of Ruhe. Nevertheless, one must be aware of the situation. If there are football matches or demos, it could get a bit rougher and hence louder than usual. The traffic-calmed area in front of the house as well as the low clocking of the trains at night, help to keep noises to a minimum. In the adjoining building there are the "DesignOffices Karlsruhe" If you are looking for a workplace or a desk while traveling, then you are at the right spot.
