Room 1 - with Private Bathroom, Pool Outlook

The house is located in a tranquil acreage setting, on Hambledon Hill, in Singleton. It's 5 minutes to Singleton CBD, close to all amenetis, surrounded by trees and gardens, relax and enjoy the bird life and occasional visits from our friendly local wallabies and kangaroos. We invite you to stay in our house. We are an international family, no matter where you are from, welcome to my home! Room 1 is downstairs, with private bathroom in the room, with pool outlook. It has a king size bed and two single beds. And it has private entrance. (Room 2 with garden outlook has a king size bed. Room 3 with flower outlook has a queen bed and a single bed. Room 4 has a queen bed with private bathroom. ) We live upstairs, downstairs the 3 bedrooms and living room for guests. You will have your own private access to your rooms and private access to downstairs living room. Shared places: - Downstairs: living room (bar area, TV, sound system, some instruments); - Other shared places: front yard, basketball practice hoop, table tennis, backyard swimming pool, well maintained vegetable garden, creating rose garden. We try to welcome all our guests on their arrival. However, when this is not possible on our guest's arrival, we will check in with our guests at some stage throughout their stay to make sure they are happy. Just 5 minutes from Singleton CBD, 25 minutes from the world’s best vineyards in Hunter Valley, 40 minutes from Newcastle Airport, 60 minutes from Newcastle beach. And Sydney is 2.5 hours drive away. Explore the beautiful town and Hunter River near home, or go cycling along the amazing farmlands nearby (bicycles and helmets provided). If you are a skydive enthusiast, Skydive Elderslie - Newcastle Sport Parachute Club is only 15 - 20 minutes away.Hot Air Balloon Flights and Hunter Valley Horse are about 20 kilometers away in the vineyards areas.
