Warm and welcoming newly renovated apartment, destination for Lake Bracciano lovers, walking and cycling, but at the same time very well connected to the center of Rome by a metropolitan train service. - Only 300m from the CROSS ROADS LIVE CLUB - Very close to the ENEA CASACCIA research center 500m - 2 km from the village of SANTA MARIA DI GALERIA with the lovely church of Santa Maria in Celsano, near the dead city of GALERIA ANTICA - FAST WI-FI 50 Mbit/s ! The house is located on the ground floor of a completely renovated three-story building surrounded by a nice and spacious courtyard with plants and lawn and furnished for relax. In the courtyard it is possible to park the car and two new bicycles are available for guests. The building belongs to a single owner who lives on the upper floors, and is inserted in a group of two-three-story houses in a quiet and very quiet area.  The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa, a 50 "4K TV with NETFLIX, a dining table, a kitchenette with dishes and everything you need to cook, a comfortable and bright bedroom, with a double bed, bedside tables, small desk and a wardrobe equipped with internal light, an elegantly furnished bathroom with a large shower. The house is furnished with new and modern furniture and original and refined accessories. On the walls there are paintings that make the environment refined and familiar The house is equipped with water, electricity, gas, heating and fan heaters, hot and cold air. The apartment is located in Osteria Nuova, a fraction of Rome, a few meters from the Braccianese provincial road. Nearby you can reach the ancient village of Santa Maria di Galeria not far from this, there are the ruins of the city of Galeria Antica from the Etruscan and then medieval times, now emptied. At Osteria Nuova, the Casaccia Research Center is present, as well as ENEA's largest complex of laboratories and plants: "Energy and Environment New Technologies Agency", where research is carried out in the field of alternative energy, new technologies and the environment . The guests in addition to the use of the entire apartment will have access to the outdoor garden where there is a space for smokers with chairs and a table. Also, for cyclist friends we offer a garage, where you can leave your bikes safe during your stay, complete with bike wash area, compressor and some tools for small quick repairs. I welcome guests personally at check-in to show them the apartment and the rules to be respected. I am always available to respond to guests' requests either via phone or via sms. The apartment is located 300m from the CROSS ROADS LIVE CLUB, and 500m from the ENEA CASACCIA research center. Near the apartment there are grocery stores, greengrocers, pharmacy, bar, pizzeria, post office, bank and various services. The neighborhood, Osteria Nuova, is served by two bus lines atac 024 and 030, the nearest stop is just 100 meters from the apartment. The first connects with the nearby Cesano and the relative train station (only 5 min), the second instead runs along the Braccianese up to La Storta passing through Olgiata. The FL3 Rome-Viterbo line, which stops in all stations connected by buses 024 and 030, Cesano, Olgiata and La Storta, represents the main connection to Rome, in just 30 minutes you will be in Rome San Pietro, or going down to Valle Aurelia you can do the change with the line A of the subway that serves all the historical center. At about 5 km you reach the village of Anguillara Sabazia and Lake Bracciano, where the three medieval villages of Bracciano, Anguillara, Trevignano Romano overlook.
