Zimmer Bat-Harim is located in a religious Jewish village in the Galilee. Overlooking Haifa Bay to the west and the mountains of the Galilee to the North, you'll enjoy a quiet, relaxing getaway that is conveniently located near many popular tourist areas and nature parks in Israel's North. With daily minyanim and an eruv, weekday bus service 8x a day to and from Jerusalem, magnificent views and plenty of privacy, we offer a unique mini-vacation for the weary traveler. Our dedicated guest quarters with separate entrance is located on the top floor of a two-story private home, built in November 2019. It's one bedroom with a private bathroom, which has a walk-in shower; a living room and small dining area; and a kosher kitchenette, which includes a microwave, small refrigerator, sink, double burners, hot water urn, and plata/blech. There are separate limited dairy and meat utensils. Free wi-fi but there is no television. Step outside onto the huge porch with expansive views of Haifa Bay and the Galilee hills. You will love the sunsets! Moreshet has synagogues, daily minyanim, a mini-market and Mikva. The entire upstairs (separate entrance) is yours. The gate to the village is closed on Shabbat to all vehicular traffic from Friday at sunset till Saturday at sundown. No check-in or check-out permitted during the Jewish Sabbath. Moreshet is a gated community, so you'll need to call us to enter. Please let us know when you'll arrive so we can be there to greet you. Moreshet is an Orthodox Jewish village in the Galilee, and as such is closed to all vehicular traffic from sunset on Friday through nightfall on Saturday night, as well as major Jewish holidays. We are close to many attractions in the Galilee from the beach to the mountains and we are happy to advise you about wonderful places to tour and eat. Egged Bus #968 travels to and from Jerusalem 8x/day, about a 2 hour ride. There are hourly buses to Haifa and Karmiel (25 - 40 minutes) , and one bus a day to/from Tel Aviv and Be'er Sheva.
