Freshly refurbished apartment : The Blue Hour

Whether you are looking for a convenient apartment for a your next vacation in Drôme-Ardèche, a business trip, or simply a comfortable apartment to stop off on the road, our fully equipped apartment is awaiting you for your next stopover. Ideally located on the national 7, between Valence and Montélimar and close to amenities, it is a only a few minutes ride away from charming stone house villages such as Mirmande and Cliousclat, but also from the neighbooring Ardèche. This accommodation can accommodate up to 2 adults (a couple) or a small family (a child and / or a baby). It consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a living room with a small convertible sofa. Being a family ourselves, we can lend you up to two travel cribs and the sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed for one or two children (approx. age 2 to 10). Please note that the convertible sofa is not suitable in terms of confort for a bigger child or an adult. The apartment, freshly refurbished, is located in a building undergoing renovation. Access is made through common stairways, and it should be noted that these are not yet very "fresh", but we are doing our best so that this does not impact the stay of travelers. The living room overlooks the national road. It is a fairly busy road during peak periods, so the traffic can be a source of noise at certain times of the day and early night. In the summer, we provide you with a silent fan to cool the room without having to open the window, which fairly reduces the noise impact. The bedroom, however, overlooks a private courtyard, a quiet area where you may enjoy the sunset over the Ardèche hills. Travelers have access to the whole apartment. We live in the same building, on the floor right above where you will be staying. We enjoy getting to know our guests and helping them find their way around during their stay. However, the apartments fully independent and we will let you enjoy your privacy if so is your wish. In any case, do not hesitate to let us know how you feel. The apartment is located on the "nationale 7" road, in front of the town hall and in a few more steps aways from the post office and the public Library. A ten minute walk will take you to a supermarket, open on Sunday morning as well. You will also have access to a farmer's market and other stores in several minutes by car. For children, there is a skate Park right behind the building as well as a public playground located in a park, a few steps away from the house. The apartment is located only 4 kilometers away from the magnificent historical villages of Mirmande and Cliousclat, but also less than 30 minutes away from Crest, Valence and Montelimar. Many free parking spots are available at the bottom of the building, or across the street, or even at the back of the building. There is also a bus (number 30) running from Valence to Montelimar that stops right besides the house. Regarding breakfast, we do not offer daily breakfast but we do leave you with some breakfast basics to make things easier for your first morning : sliced bread in the freezer, crackers, coffee, tea, juive, butter and jam. Most products are organic, local and simply delicious ! We also try as much as we can to use and leave at your disposal environment-friendly cleaning products.
