Hniezdo v raji is an apartment prepared for at max 4 guests in the center of Spišská Nová Ves. Only a 3-minute walk leads you to a beautiful historic city center. This elegant apartment is authentic, warm, welcoming, perfect for relaxation and full of good food and peaceful energy. Hniezdo v raji is like a nesting place (Hniezdo means nest in our language), ideal for a family. You'll feel safe and secure. It is a great resting place for people on their business trips and work-related stuff. In Hniezdo v raji you'll find an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, combined refrigerator, hobs and an oven. You wanna cook? You have everything prepared from basic spices to various specialties from India to Southeast Asia. Basic food, cereals and other everyday foods can be enjoyed to the full. Want to fully relax? In the fridge, you'll find wine, some chocolate in the cabinet. On the shelf is a selection of books - different genres and also in different languages. You can watch YouTube, Netflix or Spotify on TV. For Spotify my recommendation is a Relax playlist or Chill hits playlist. Wanna sport or train? We have bicycles stored in the cellar for use. In the bedroom, you can find yoga mats for light exercises or yoga. More sport tips can be found on the bulletin in the apartment. Do you have playful children? Discover our Creative Box. You'll find everything that your kids might need for good entertainment or personality development. In need of energy? In the basket, you'll find fruits from the local market. Feel free to eat up :). In the bedroom is situated a bed made from solid wood. Bed linen made of natural materials and a supportive environment full of relaxing and peaceful energy. Perfect for relaxation. Do you want to work while staying at the apartment? Huge desk, ideal for working or creating. Great access to fast WiFi in the apartment. When you feel creative, you'll find papers and pastels prepared for you at the work desk. Hniezdo v raji is prepared for you. It's like a perfect nesting place. The apartment provides a comforting & relaxing atmosphere. In case you've forgotten something, we've got you covered. Toothbrush, shampoo, toothpaste and other daily necessities are prepared so that you can fully enjoy your stay. We prepare a warm welcome for you We can also come pick you up at the station (free of charge) and take you to the apartment. During your stay we are available and ready to provide additional support. We gladly add more tips about Spiš region and its surroundings. At checkout we will come to the apartment while looking forward to your feedback about the apartment. The apartment is situated near the center of Spišská Nová Ves. This town is one of the most beautiful cities in the whole country, but we'll leave you to judge it for yourself. We recommend you'll go sightseeing around town plaza to check out the Church, Courthouse and the park. In the summer you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables from the local market - it's a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Restaurant tips can be found in our bulletin, but we have to mention some prominent restaurants in our town. Great way to start a romantic evening is to have a stylish romantic dinner in restaurant Fusion. Italian cuisine can be found in the Sotto restaurant. If you're longing for a lively & stylish place - Burger a Pivo is a place for you. We frequently visit for their dark homemade beer with "lady burger" or "Hop Dog". Burger a pivo, Fusion restaurant, Sotto have also vegetarian & vegan variants of foods. For trips we recommend visiting Slovak Paradise, Spiš Castle near Spišské Podhradie and historical town Levoča. Bus station and Train station are a 10-minute walk from the apartment and traveling by bus / train won't take more than 40 minutes. By car it's 10 minutes to Slovak Paradise, 15 minutes to Levoča and 25 minutes to Spišské podhradie. Parking around the apartment building is free and there is enough space for a car. If you took a plane to Porad or Košice we recommend taking a taxi or going by train. Train will com to Spišská Nová Ves from Poprad in 25 minutes and from Košice in around an hour. Spišská Nová Ves is a small town. You can walk around the town easily. For cyclists and recreational hikers we have mountain bikes stashed in the basement available for use. There are also buses going around town and you can also travel with tax, but you have to call one or pick one at the train/bus station. 1. There are slippers prepared for our guests inside the apartment. Please leave your shoes in front of the apartment door. 2. Leave your clothing and jackets in the bedroom. There are hangers and shelves prepared for you. Please do not try to open wardrobes in the hallway. There are our personal stuff and cleaning supplies. 3. No smoking inside the apartment. We want to keep the natural smell of wood and cleanness. Fine for smoking inside the apartment is 500€. 4. Apartment is in an apartment block with a lot of elderly people. They go to sleep sooner and wake up early. We strongly advise you to respect silent hours. Also they don't know much about concepts of Booking or Airbnb, they might ask you why are you here or who you are, just say the following: "Byvam u kamarata Sama na druhom./ I'm here in Hniezdo apartment" while pointing upstairs or at the door to the apartment. 5. We want to live ecologically that's why we have 5 separate bins meant for separation of waste. They are all marked with corresponding stickers. We will be thankful for waste separation as instructed. 6. You can watch Netflix, Spotify & YouTube on TV. On Netflix please log into the “guest account”. 7. The apartment is made from natural materials. We have a massive work desk in the kitchen - it's very sensitive to heat and water. That's why every drop of spilled water or drink has to be wiped immediately. Also please use placemats for everything, there is a lot of placemats so that should be doable. 8. All home appliances are brand new and sometimes can be hard to use. There will be a lot of manuals filled with pictograms and easy to follow instructions, please take a look at the manuals. 9. The food in the apartment is for you. Eat up everything if you want to. 10. Gray box on work desk is a safety box. You'll find daily necessities inside - bamboo toothbrushes, bamboo ear sticks, face tampons and more. If you take something from safety box leave money in the box according to the pricing list inside.
