Comfortable and Big House with 5 rooms

Cozy and comfortable ''Your Getaway home'' is located in a very calm and beautiful part of Yerevan. Just 4 km far from the city center You can find an amazing holiday home with a very beautiful garden, where you can pick up and try organic, tasty fruits just from the trees. Also you will feel the nature waking up and hearing the sweet sounds of the birds, enjoying morning coffee by breathing the fresh and clean air. This 5 room house sleeps up to 9 people. It has 2 bedrooms each with queen sized beds, a twin bedded bedroom, and 3 additional sofa beds in the lounges. It has a kitchen and a bathroom. Bathroom includes shampoo, hand soap, hair dryer, toilet paper and clean towels for face&shower. The house is equipped with washing machine, TV, microwave, refrigerator, showe(URL HIDDEN)hairdryer, ironing facilities (Iron/Ironing Board), electric kettle, Wi Fi, cooking facilities (i.e. oven, pots and pans etc), additional extra bed for 1 person. In the yard, which is in front of the house you can relax with a cup of coffee/ tea or with a glass of beer or wine after your day of sightseeing. The nearest bus stop is 200 m far from the house.However it is more comfortable to use taxi for getting around as it is really cheep in our city ,so you will spend just 1.5-2 USD to get to the city center ,where are the main places to see in Yerevan. We will take care of fresh towels on demand and full cleaning of the apartment every 7 days with bed linen change. However if you request cleaning, we will provide it at a reasonable extra cost. This cozy house will provide all that you need for your real holiday.
