Villa Kokoros holiday apartments are a family run business, situated in the small, quite and unspoilt village of Agios Vasileios. The apartments are 14 kilometres from Corfu Town and the airport and 2 kilometres from the island’s esplanade road, which runs close to some of its most beautiful beaches located in the East side of the island. The nearest beach of Dassia lies just about 2kms away. The apartments are situated in a 2000 square meters land scape. The rich garden planted with olive, orange, mandarin, lemon and mulberry trees, as well as many ornamental flowers and bushes. All these provide various shady nooks, ideal for rest and relaxation. All apartments have been recently renovated. They have individual entrances and are fully equipped. Each one of them covers an area of 40 m², and consists of a unified open-plan sitting room and kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony. Kitchens are fully equipped with appliances and utensils for the preparation of meals. Each apartment can accommodate two adults in the bedroom, and one adult and a child at the two sofa-beds in the sitting room or an extra bed will be placed if needed. The first-floor apartments are also easily accessible through short staircases of two or six steps (depending on the apartment) with veranda and balcony. Guest have access to all garden areas, sitting under the olive trees, use of BBQ facilities. My family and I live at the premises, so we are always there for our guests. The traditional taverna "Strapunto" is located 100 meters from the apartments. 1 km away, in the village of Katomeri, there is a mini market, a butcher shop, a coffee shop, taverna "60needles" and the bus stop to Corfu town. More shops and full market can be found in Dassia (2kms) or Ipsos (3kms). Free use of air-conditioning an all apartments, hot water from solar panels, free wi-fi, parking, change of bed linen and towels every 3-4 days, once a week cleaning of the apartments by our staff.
