We only have one (1) neighbor on the right side of our house and two parks adjacent to the house, making it easy and with no problems for parking. Make sure you park facing the right way of traffic flow, because if facing the wrong way they will issue a ticket. This is a Law enforcement community, which makes it really safe and a quiet place.
