Lots of wildlife and if you like the lake this is it. Hartwell is great for fishing and recreation. The home is set up like a condo with beautiful details. We take extra steps for cleaning to make sure you and your family are taken care of. Chemicals such as Lysol, Clorox and other chemicals for cleaning purposes are used. If staying awhile we can open the laundry room for convenience. This home does have 2 levels separate by stairs and locked door so there is no shared spaces. From deer grazing in the backyard to owls, foxes and other large birds being just a glance away. We love the outdoors so many sorts of flowers blooming almost all year around. It's a short distance to shopping or restaurants by car. Depending on which way you want to go Clemson, Greenville and Seneca are right up the road. If you want to stay in Anderson there are local restaurants here. For convenience there is a neighborhood pub about 5 minutes away and bbq about 10 minutes. Also there’s a small golf course in the neighborhood. You can find plenty of activities in the neighborhood alone. Some questions about this location have been it says entire house but also listed as a suite. This is the main level of the house. It has two different tiers. It has it's on entrance and parking pad. It also has it's own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and bedrooms. the house is divided by a stairway and locked door.
