Like all the properties in the area ,we are off the power grid and rely on solar power. This limits the use of power hungry appliances at night but if the suns shining there.s plenty to go around.This just adds to it being the perfect place to relax away from the stresses of modern life. The entire house is at your disposal with views from every window.The verandah is hard to leave with a view the over the garden to world heritage rainforest.The clearing ,with its many flowers ,being a home to many varieties of birds. As I live on the property in a seperate dwelling,I am available any time for helping make your stay comfortable and interesting It is a short drive to either Cow Bay beach or Thorntons beach.Both outstandingly beautiful.There is a restaruant around the corner and a service station and shop a few k's away. Also Cape Tribulation is a scenic 10 kms drive from here There is absolutely no public transport north of the Daintree ferry so hiring a car is the only option.
