NO Smokers/smoking 1 or 2 brms w/ cathedral ceiling and ceiling fans, air for hot days, with two brms and full bath, two sinks, shower and tub. Coffee maker w/ all. tea, a fridge w/ small freezer and a micro. Queen sz room for $150/nt or the the King Sz room for $200 (both have TV and cable) or both for $300/nt. Cathedral ceilings with fans, beautiful views out both windows, Linens, Coffee and set up, toilet paper and soap is provided. There is also a hair dryer. Toilet and shower can be shut off from the sink area. Apartment is 10-15 minutes from all local towns, 20 minutes to Traverse City. This facility does not have a full kitchen and bringing additional cooking appliances is not allowed. We do not give discounts due to what it costs us to maintain our home. Laundry facilities, screen porch, yard with fire pit are shared with the main house residents and/or guests. We may not always be available on site, but we have local support who monitor the home when we are not. We are in a neighborhood, but it is very wooded and quiet. We are between Glen Arbor and Leland, off the M-22. We are close to everything, but away from it all! Good Harbor Beach is 5 minutes away by car, you can have a beach fire, watch sunset and then the stars come out. There are other nice beaches within 10-15 minutes away. We are close to Good Harbor Beach, many great walking, hiking and biking trails. Glen Arbor, Sutton's Bay, Leland and Traverse City are all within 10-20 Minutes away. We are not within walking distance to any one major town. Leland has the closest market, the Mercantile, Cedar has Bunting's IGA, which is open until 10:00 P.M. for supplies and libations. We have recently added this addition to our home, while we updated our main chalet. We took great care to make it an attractive and comfortable space for our own family and friends, we look forward to share it with our guests. We have very comfortable beds, a tiled shower and tub with a nice shower head and two sinks, nice size area. The closets are generous and there is a TV with cable in both bedrooms. There are beamed ceilings with fans and the view is pleasant out the wooden casement windows.
