Our fully equipped cottage enjoys an unobstructed view of the surrounding nature. Its total surface area of 75m2 + 20m2 of terrace, makes it a beautiful holiday space. The overhanging terrace is sheltered from the sun and the rain. Facilities: 2 swimming pools facing south with panoramic terraces and a bamboo hut, barbecue, table tennis, trampoline, games. Far from roads and stress, however, we are only 4km from Vic Fezensac (post office, bars, market, restaurants, shops, doctors). The cottage opens onto a large entrance opening onto a large living room with living room, dining room and kitchen. Two beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds (160x200cm + 2 beds 90x200cm) as well as a shower room / WC complete the living space. The cottage is high under the ceiling and bright. A parking space under the old barn is reserved for you. The garden of about 5000 square meters (on a plot of 2.5 hectares), is at your disposal and offers an exceptional view of the surrounding nature, hills, fields, wood plots ... Animals are not desired, the cottage is non-smoking, but ashtrays are available in the various outdoor areas. The accommodations are disinfected using an ozone generator, before and after your arrival, the greatest care is taken to hygiene.
