Primrose Serviced Apartment is located in the centre of Brentwood. Super high speed WiFi great for shared working. We have regular deep cleaning as well as intensive changeover clean and sanitise. This lovely apartment comes with a friendly garden area and has all the amenities you need for your stay, we specialise in bringing you a fully serviced apartment that feels like a home away from home. High-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs are standard for our apartments, along with comfy sofas, deluxe furnishings and full dining facilities; all perfect for making your stay as relaxing as possible. All our bedrooms are spacious and include high-quality linen and bedding to ensure you have a restful night sleep. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has super-king bed and the second bedroom has 2 single zip-lock beds (that can be made into another super king-size). There is a family bathroom located in the hallway fully stocked with towels, hand-wash, shower gel & shampoo to make your stay hassle free. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge which can sleep two. The kitchen is fully equipped including all of the cooking essentials, an oven, grill, microwave, toaster, tea, coffee and sugar; making dining in the apartment a breeze. This property is on the ground floor and can be entered via the side entrance to the left of the property. Parking outside the property is restricted to after 6pm and before 9am, otherwise there is a public car park approximately 5 minutes walk away. A washing machine is located in the property along with drying racks for your use. This apartment is just moments away from Brentwood's vibrant High Street where you can stroll around its array of shops, bars and restaurants and enjoy a wonderful evening. We love this part of Brentwood and being just off the high street it is ideally located for business and leisure, and still only a short walk to the fantastic green parks. All reservations made with us will be subject to further checks upon receipt of booking. Requirements per booking will be: Guest details to be confirmed Signed terms and conditions with photographic ID Paid deposit (amount varies by property).
