Servant Quarters, Tŷ Selah, Neath

Welcome to the Servant Quarters of Tŷ Selah. This is our slightly quirky and charming top floor. You can expect the whole floor to yourself. (Please be aware that there is a height restriction on the stairs, you have to dip your head a bit!) We thoroughly enjoy taking care of our guests, providing home from home comforts and organic food. We often have other guests in our home but you will have your own room with sitting area to yourself. Come down and join us whenever you like. A mostly organic breakfast of home made bread, granola, yogurt, jams and fruit are provided as well as barista coffee. We don't wear shoes upstairs but the carpets are fluffy and you may like to bring slippers for extra cosiness. We do our best to be here to greet you but if it's not possible you are welcome to let yourself in using the key safe. You are welcome to have use of the kitchen and utility room. We are happy for you to prepare your own meals while staying with us. Although there is no smoking or vaping in the house, feel free to use the garden. We are both home based and generally around when needed. Rugby Ave is a peaceful location, yet just a short walk to the centre of Neath, with its shops, restaurants, theatre and cinema. Neath is within an hour of the beautiful Gower coastline and Brecon Beacons national park. Stunning waterfalls abound. Cardiff is a similar distance. West Wales is doable as a day trip. We are a 5 minute walk to the bus station and 10 minute walk to the train station, which is on the London to Swansea main line. We are a 10 minute drive from the M4 motorway and a few minutes from the heads of the valley dual carriageway. As we are so close to town, parking is limited in our street, but further parking is available on the adjacent Bilton Rd and by the nearby school.
