Cosy cottage set in the mountains & river below.

Description Both bedrooms are composed of either a super king size bed (sleeps 2) or two singles (sleeps 2). Each bedroom can be customised upon booking, simply let us know what your sleeping arrangements are and we will make the adjustments. There is a sofa bed in the lounge as well, the bedding for this will be placed underneath. There is a main bathroom which has a shower bath as well as an En-suite with a large shower. Downstairs there is a large cosy lounge area and a modern kitchen. The master bedroom has a Veranda which is accessed through the window door; please limit the number of people to 4 on the the Veranda at any one time for safety reasons. Please no smoking on the property. There are cameras for your safety and security at the front entrance and garden only. You will have full access to the cottage and garden. There are steps down to the garden & there is a gate that goes out to the river, please keep the gate closed at all times. You're welcome to call me at any time from 8am until 11pm. There are 3 local takeaways which are very reasonably priced, As well off couple of local pubs all within a 15 walk max There is a Spar a 5 minute walk away as well as Lidl & Co-op a 5 minute drive away. The are some great walks & plenty to see up the mountains, valleys & along the river. We are no more then 4 miles to the new Zip line at the top of the Mountain that you can see in the photo's on here, look on there website for detail's Please be careful at all times. The train station is only 10 mins walk & you can book on line or get tickets on the train. The local buses run frequently. There are plenty of good walks but always take a rain coat just in case. there are some very good cycling routes for the road as well as off road, please check as there are routes marked around the area. There is fishing but you will need permits please check. We are only 3 miles from the new Zip line witch open this year. at the top of the Mountain
