The apartment has a large terrace with table, the house is perfectly renovated and the amenities are new. The room has a quiet terrace overlooking the internal garden. La Corte del Sole is located in the historic center of Dormelletto, in a quiet and sunny area. Nearby you can walk in a few minutes all the main services you need (post office, minimarket, bar, pizzeria restaurant). With a short walk you reach the most beautiful beaches in the country. The structure is perfectly positioned between the lake and the Lagoni Natural Park, an ideal destination for walking and mountain biking. Very close to the structure there are outdoor swimming pools with slides and park and mini golf. The city of Arona full of attractions and entertainment is 3 km away. Children can use the playground to play games available. There are 4 mountain bikes for free use of guests and another mountain bike for children. I give space to my guests but they are available when they need. Languages spoken: Italian, French, English. We are present on site to help you with every need. With a short walk you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Lake Maggiore. The property is located in a quiet, convenient, close to all amenities, easy to reach by car and also or by public transport, ideal for walking and mountain biking. Very close to the structure there are outdoor pools with slides and park. The city of Arona full of attractions and entertainment is 3 km away. The house is easily accessible by highway and by public transport such as the train. From the house for those who like it, you can move on foot or by bike to reach the lake and the main services. On the spot will be required the tourist tax according to the provisions of Article 4 of Legislative Decree 14 March 2011 n. 23. City tax is € 0.50 per person per night.
