Mid-Century charm throughout this cozy 2 bedroom home. Beautiful back porch for outside dining. Parking/driveway can accommodate at least three cars. Laundry facility in the basement. Living room area is large and an extra air mattress or futon can be brought in for extra guests. Both bedrooms have a full size memory foam mattress and closet space. The bathroom and kitchen have original 1950s fixtures. Standard size fridge and freezer. Electric stove. The oven has stopped working abd is replaced with an oversized counter convection over. There is No dishwasher. Kitchen equipped with all necessary cook and dining ware. My home is somewhat of a museum to the 1950s. And especially the style known as “kitschy” or tacky. You will find things from your “grandmothers “ home here. I ask that you are especially respectful of some of the vintage pieces as they are irreplaceable. Should you have any questions about price or availability into the future , please do not hesitate to message me directly. All part of the home and the basement, where the laundry is located. The fuse box is also in the basement should a fuse blow. Note: there is some personal things in the basement that are off limits. The detached garage is locked and not available for use. There will always be a person available locally should you need someone to come over, otherwise, you will not be bothered. LOVE LOVE LOVE this neighboorhood. Quiet, although only a block from historic downtown Clarks SUmmit. Walking distance to the infamous Duffys coffee house, Beta Bakery, Everything Natural food and gift store, etc.. Walking distance to churches, parks, post office and banks. By Car: 30 minutes to Elk Mountain. 30 minutes to Montage mountain. 15 minutes to downtown Scranton
