The windowed bath room with a walk-in shower. From the attached east-terrace attached to the Kitchen you have the fantastic view over the Rhine Valley, the Soonwald and the Taunus hills. The west-terrace is attached to the living room. The apartment offers free WiFi and HD-Sat TV. Enjoy the quietness and peace of our place with the breathtaking Rhineview. The area around invites for a walk or even a hike. The premium hiking trail 'Rhein-Burgen-Weg' is passing by right by the house. The tiny acient villages left and right side of the Rhine are waiting to be discovered by you. Bacharach, St.Goar with the legendary Loreley Rock, Oberwesel, Ruedesheim, Assmannshausen and Lorch are near by. Vineyards everywhere. There are many cosy wine bars or taverns where you can taste the famous Riesling or other Rhine Wine. Our guest have privat access to their apartment and the two attached terraces. The land and the garden are open and shared by all guests and my family. We are not present at the property all the time but we are available to assist with hints and tipps if needed and wanted. Medenscheid is suburb on top of Bacharach just 2km away from the center on top of the hills. A very picturesque village with half-timbered houses, a weld, a historic backing house and a tiny chapel. The Rhein-Burgen hiking trail is lead right through the village and it provides some of the most beautiful view points of the romantic Rhine Valley. We recommend to visit us by car. We provide a private parking space. On the Rhine you might take a tour with one of the white Rhine Cruising Fleets to visit St.Goar with the Loreley Rock, Ruedesheim or Boppard.
