Magnificent vineyard house with large garden

House with a lot of character in the centre of the charming village of Auvernier and on the lakeside of Neuchatel The house has three floors: a ground floor, a 1st floor and a 2nd floor (attic). On the ground floor is the kitchen with direct access to the garden, the laundry room, a toilet and the various lounges. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the upper floor, there is a meeting room under the attic and a toilet. The entire accommodation is your own during your stay. The entrance to the premises is by key box. We will provide you with all the necessary information for your stay by email and through our mobile application (Android or iOs). We are not on site but remain at your disposal before, during and after your stay. Do not hesitate to contact us! Auvernier is a charming village on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel, the lake is a 5-minute walk away. The city of Neuchâtel is 5 minutes away by car. The house is accessible by car and there are different communal car parks, but there are no parking spaces directly at the house. Furthermore, you have the possibility to get there by public transports. Sheets and towels are provided by us and included in the cleaning fee.
