Broulee is approximately 2h30 from Canberra and easily accessible from Sydney as well. The area is perfect for all water-related actives from surfing, swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, boating & kayaking. There is also plenty of great walks and places to go for a bike ride, leisurely or mountain biking, and if off-road driving is your thing you will find plenty of great tracks. While staying visit Mogo a nearby village with artists, crafts, and food, as well as historic Mogo Goldfields and the Mogo Zoo which is a great day for the little ones. If you have a bit more time go into Batemans Bay and have a still around the shops. To reach Broulee and the property you can ideally use your car to be independent and fully enjoy the area. From the house, you can easily walk to the beach and some restaurants and cafes. Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Any breach of the noise regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, we ask you to remember to bring extra provisions.
