Due to its characteristics, it is ideal for artists in creative process or for the realization of artistic residences, having served several times as a source of inspiration and creation of works by musicians, writers and composers. It has a swimming pool with an enclosed lawn and several spaces for reading, sitting and walking in the fresh air. The property consists of two independent houses, "the Piano House" and the house where the owners live, sharing the patios and the swimming pool. It is located on one of the slopes of Mount Sameiro, 2 km away from its Sanctuary and 3 km from the Sanctuary of Bom Jesus de Braga. The Piano House is very well framed in the surrounding nature, green area, isolated from the noise of the villages, creating a relaxed and invigorating environment. Despite its isolation, it is only a few minutes away by car from the cities of Braga and Guimarães (European Capital of Culture 2012), in the heart of the Minho Region, renowned for the richness of its cultural, religious and gastronomic heritage Given the climate of the region, the swimming pool only works from June to September, which is when the ambient temperature reaches values more inviting for diving.
