This 4 bedroom home has 3 Queens, 1 Bunk Bed & a Sofa Bed in the lounge (sleeps 10), a large kitchen with Pod coffee machine, dishwasher, 2 ovens, 3 lounges with TV/DVD & Foxtel Music, 2 bathrooms including a bath, washing machine and linens provided. There is outdoor dining with a BBQ, firepit and private pontoon. 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry and open plan kitchen and living area with 180' views. The home also has a seperate "butlers kitchen" in one wing with a sink and microwave. Two large screen Tv's, one with Foxtel sport and lifestyle should keep everyone happy. With a hooded BBQ on the main deck, or the well appointed traditional kitchen inside, you can cook up a storm and then enjoy it out side either on the outdoor dining table, the waterside table or even picnic on the pontoon. You can tie your boat up to the pontoon(boat ramp 500m away) and know its going to be in protected waters overnight. Spend time watching the world go by, do a bit of fishing or explore the waterways and backwaters birdlife in a canoe.. A cleaner can be arranged on departure if required - a $50 fee applies The entire house will be available for guests. The keys will be available in a key lock situated at the house and the code will be emailed to you before departure. Mannum Waters is approximately 5km from Mannum for supermarkets, deli's, petrol stations, food outlets and a coffee boat is located at Mannum Waters. Tenants are required to bring DVD's, swimming towels, aeroguard, sunscreen, food, drink and toiletries. The kitchen has double filtered rainwater. All bedding - linen and towels are provided.
