The cottage "L'Etude" is housed in a beautiful quercynoise house, very bright, 110m2 on 2 levels. We propose you to stay in a pretty Quercy house, completely renovated in independent cottage in an exceptional setting of greenery, calm and serenity in the heart of the Natural Park of the Causses du Quercy. From May 2022, you have your own heated swimming pool in 5x5m with submerged beach and view of the truffle field. The outdoor jacuzzi facing the paddock of the horses is accessible all year round. Moment of relaxation guaranteed... It is set apart and shared with our other cottage. In a truffle farm of 12 hectares, a natural setting, close to Lalbenque, capital of the black truffle of Quercy, come and relax in the Lot! The cottage of "L'Etude", completely renovated, is 110 m2, it is arranged on two levels. Out of the way, it allows you to operate in total autonomy. The first floor consists of the fully equipped kitchen and the living room and its TV corner. The unusual ceiling height for a traditional Quercy building allows you to benefit from exceptional brightness. The old staircase, preserved in its juice, leads you upstairs. The large attic room of 45 m2 and its exposed frame of 1899 will delight you. Stone walls and oak beams create this special atmosphere... You can relax and enjoy the view of the park and its centenary species... At the end of the room a cozy reading corner will allow you to rest. It can be converted into additional quality sleeping (sofa bed of 140cm). Namely that there is no real partition between the 2 beds but they are very distant and the layout of the room means that they have no visu between them. A dining and relaxation area awaits you outside in the middle of boxwood... with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, and a nice view of the truffle field and horses. Very important, calm is assured... We are 300m from the heart of the village with all amenities (Bakery, grocery store, butcher, restaurants, café, doctor, pharmacy, gasoline...) Everything has been designed for your comfort: Large walk-in shower, large sink, Swiss bedding in 160cm, desk, dressing room, wifi, parking... Linen and towels are included and beds are made upon arrival.
