I don't live in the same complex so it's best for me to set a ranged time for your arrival. Classy residencial area, located inside the regional natural park "Spina Verde", only five minutes outside Como city center and less from the highway Milano\Chiasso. Any kind of services (bank, supermarket, grocery, newspaper shop, pizza restaurant etc.) available within a 500 mt. area, mainly walkable. Just 100 mt outside the property you'll find the trail n.1 for the "Spina Verde" park. Bus stop walkable (500 mt.). It has free parking place inside and outside the property gate and a reserverd box but it fits only citycars. Apartment located at the second floor, lift inside. Unfortunately three small steps outside the building gate make it non suitable for wheel chairs.
