Our charming, rustic, fully-equipped traditional country cottage is available for rent. The private garden is large, completely enclosed and protected from outsiders. The house is tastefully furnished with fine art, collectibles and antiques. Accordingly, we expect our guests to respect the property and its contents as if it were their own home. We manage the house renting issues together with my husband. We will be at your disposal to help you to feel like home. A short walk from the house down to the Danube river you can find a natural sandy beach, places to fish and a restaurant within a few hundred meters. Up the hill also within a short walk is a restaurant specializing in venison and other local dishes (this is our favorite place!). A bit deeper into the forest there is a lovely little chapel in nice surroundings and further, the Rám Gorge and the Prédikálószék (literally, “Preaching chair”), a lovely scenic overlook. Both are very popular hiking destinations. Everything you’ll need is very close: shops, groceries, restaurant, post office and churches are all within 100-200 meters. Dömös is just 45 km north from Budapest. You can arrive and discover the surrandings by car, bus or bike. It's just peerless that you can find quite different type of targets depending on direcion. You can go down to the river Danube, up to the hill to walk or hike, or for cultural programs Esztergom , Szentendre, Budapest also not far, not to mention the cute little villages, meadows, bays nearby waiting for discovering them.
