Full use of all Raffertys resort facilities. Relax from the moment you step into the private courtyard with gate for added security and safety for your tiny people. This is one of the very few properties at Raffertys where the courtyard is furnished including a double hammock so you can enjoy the outdoor areas as much as the indoors. Indoors fully renovated, all fresh and new. Both bedrooms have plantation shutters and block out curtains. Enjoy a sleep in. No stairs, all on one level. Portacot and cot linen provided. All kitchen ware, cookware, crockery and utensils are provided. Every appliance you might need, frying pan, rice cooker, slow cooker as well as full set of saucepans and skillets. We had several holidays at Raffertys before we set up our Airbnb and have included all the extras we could think of to make your stay enjoyable. 2 swipe cards so guests can go to different pools, keypad door so you never have to wonder where the keys are. Pantry items, extra toilet paper, generous supply of toiletries and a breakfast hamper. All that and complimentary red and white wine. K-Fee brand coffee machine, pods supplied, extra pods available from Aldi. Smart TV to enjoy netflix as well as a book shelf stocked with books and games. There are multiple large BBQs around the grounds, all free of charge. You have sole use of entire house. Use of lock up garage and parking space in front of garage, perfect if your group has a jet ski or more than one car. You will have total privacy, I dont live onsite, however I live close by, if there are any issues don't hesitate to let me know. I will provide my email and phone number along with access instructions as soon as possible after you book Conveniently located approximately half way between the heated indoor pool and the outdoor pool and playground. The entire area is lovely, so much to see. One of my favourite things is to walk along the jetty. The lake side shop does kayak and paddle board hire, staff are very friendly and helpful. The Lakehouse cafe on the lakefront near the large resort pool does great value meals and coffee. They will even do picnic hampers for you to enjoy out on the grass. How deliciously indulgent is that? AND WE NOW HAVE A COCKTAIL BAR!!!! True resort lifestyle. So much for the kids to do as well, parks and playgrounds and the beach is only 4 kilometers away. Nearest Golf course is Belmont golf course 10 kilometers away or for the more adventurous try skydiving at Pelican, 10 kilometers away There is a 15 kilometer an hour speed limit within the resort grounds, which I love, no traffic noise, safe streets. The grounds are mostly flat so getting around is easy, I will leave a resort map for you. Swansea is the nearest shopping centre, 5 kilometers North on the freeway. The villa is very flat, easy access for disabled. One step only from path into courtyard and one step only from courtyard into house. There are also light weight ramps provided if need be, they are just inside courtyard entrance under the clothesline
