Inchmarlo Golf Resort, Banchory Villa 38

The 3 bedroom house is situated within a quiet and exclusive development on Royal Deeside adjacent to The Paul Lawrie Golf Centre, Inchmarlo which has a 9 hole golf course and driving range. On-site is a restaurant offering light snacks, lunch or dinner. A 15 min walk will take you into Banchory town centre where there are many restaurants/supermarkets and shops to cater for all your needs. There are many golf courses in the area as well as opportunity to fish, shoot, hillwalk and ski. Located on the ground floor are 3 twin bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space and drawers and a full length mirror in each one. One bedroom has an en-suite and there is also a family bathroom. Upstairs is the very spacious living/dining/kitchen area which has a balcony where you can enjoy an aperitif if the weather allows! There is also a 43" smart TV and dvd player for you to watch, sit back and enjoy your favourite programmes. As we are located on Royal Deeside, you are spoiled for choice depending on your interest/hobbies. Castles nearby are Drum, Fraser and Crathes. There are 2 large supermarkets about 5 mins drive away. Lots of restaurants and there is a music, film and theatre venue called Woodend Barn. Golf courses galore with 18 hole Banchory which is a 5 minute drive away. Scolty Hill is about 10 mins away and is a testing uphill walk or watch the salmon leap at Falls of Feugh. Further west is Glen Tanar, Ballater, Balmoral and Braemar. Loch Muick is particularly beautiful. If you fancy a dram, Royal Lochnagar Distillery and Fettercairn are nearby. Two ski resorts, The Lecht and Glenshee are approximately an hour away. With so much beauty and interest in the surrounding area you will never be stuck for something to do or see! The majority of guests arrive by car but there is a regular 201 bus service that runs from Braemar to city centre but please check current timetable.
