Your newly renovated guest suite is a totally private and separate area of our home, comprising a large bedroom with ensuite, a spacious living/dining area with a sofa bed, a kitchenette plus a private porch and entry. Please note that there are other units adjoining your private suite and some noise transfer is possible and we respectfully request you to be considerate of other guests during your stay with us. Smoking or the use of candles is prohibited due to fire risk. Very spacious and private suite with polished solid jarrah flooring throughout. Easy access to all that Bunbury has to offer and only minutes to the beach, CBD, Cappuccino Strip and all on Bunbury's major shopping centres. Please note that the unit has only one bathroom which is ensuite to the bedroom that must be accessed through the main bedroom. Ideal for parents with children but may be a privacy issue for unrelated guests. We also have a fully equipped Al-Fresco kitchen and dining area overlooking our rear garden for your enjoyment. An ideal base to further explore the natural wonders of the South West of Western Australia including the famous Margaret River wine growing region. The property is located at the approximate geographic centre of the Bunbury region with very easy access to shops, restaurants, sporting facilities and hospitals. Public transport is available close by but it is highly recommended that you have your own transport to facilitate getting around the local area. Be sure to take in the Dolphin Discovery Centre, one of Bunbury and Western Australia's premiere tourist attractions and the Bunbury Wildlife Park to see kangaroos and other exotic wildlife. For any guests wanting to see a lot of kangaroos in their natural habitat and to get excellent photo opportunities, there is a resident population of Kangaroos at Capel Golf Course only 15 minutes by car to the South. You will have exclusive use of your accommodation suite and private porch and entry for your entire stay. Laundry services are available for an additional charge Quiet neighbourhood in Bunburys' most convenient location. 2 minute walk to bus stop and 10 minute walk to Bunbury train terminal. Just a few minutes by car to the CBD, shopping centres, the beach, pubs and restaurants. We recommend that you have your own transport to ensure easy access to all that Bunbury and surrounds has to offer. Off street parking and a private entrance to your suite form your own private porch.
