Traditional house near the beach

30 minutes from Athens and 15 minutes from the airport. The house is fully equipped. It has 2 Double rooms and 2 Single rooms ,hallway, Living and Dining room, Bathroom and Kitchen. There are closets in three rooms. In the living room you have access to an amazing view of the sea , and a small island called Vraona. In a clear day, you can spot Evia! The house is located less than 5 mins walk from the beach,2 mins from a basketball court and bus station and about 6 mins walk from a mini market. -4 Bedrooms (2 double -2 single rooms) -Bathroom - 2 living rooms with TV, couches, chairs,bookshelf -Internet-enabled TV so can login to your NetFlix account. -Decorated in Retro - traditional Style. -Whole house has WiFi throughout. ROOMS ROOM 1: Master Bedroom has a king bed, large closet, and a/c . — ROOM 2: Master Bedroom has king bed, dresser and a big closet and a/c. — ROOM 3: Small room with a single bed. — ROOM 4: Single kids bed. Has dresser and toys. — Lots of spaces for people to eat together. — Lots of spaces for people to gather together, hang out, sit, chat, have fun. — Comfortably sleeps 6 people in beds. THE KITCHEN: Food is a huge deal when getting together. All you need to bring is your food. -Oven -dishwasher - Microwave oven -Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters and more. Very close to the house there's a basket court! The neighborhood is very quiet, but walk for less than 10 mins you can get to the heart of the town with many beach bars, taverns, and lounge cafes! LOCATION: We’re close to everything! Almost everything is within a short drive/walk 10 minute walk to local dining, groceries, and retail . 5 minute walk to the beach. less than 10 minute walk to a hotel nearby "Dolce Athens Attica Riviera" where you can use its' facilities. less than 20 minutes to Athens International airport. 2 minute walk to the bus stop.
