Y Bwthyn is a 3 bedroom contemporary cottage with south facing views over the beautiful north wales countryside. It has been fully renovated throughout, completed in late 2019 ready for the 2020 season. It sleeps 6 people in 3 double bedrooms arranged over two floors. There are 3 bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen/diner area, spacious lounge and laundry room. To the outside there is a patio area to the rear and a courtyard area to the front with seating. There is also ample parking space. A beautifully renovated detached cottage overlooking the north wales countryside with views stretching to Moel Famau. The ground floor comprises of entrance porch, large living room leading to open plan kitchen/diner area. Also on the ground floor is the family bathroom and bedroom 3. Upstairs leads to the master bedroom with en suite and bedroom two which also has an en suite. All of the bedrooms have a double bed and the master bedroom has and additional single bed for the option of sleeping a child. Two of the bathrooms have a shower, toilet and sinks and one bathroom has a bath, toilet and sink. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. There are also cooking utensils, glasses and crockery. There is a laundry room with a dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. The lounge has a large seating area and a tv with freeview and Netflix. There is also fibre broadband to the property. To the rear of the property there is a private patio with seating area, to the front there is a courtyard area with additional seating. All areas of Y Bwythyn are available to guests I am available by phone or text Pant Y Wacco is just oustside of the small villages of Lloc and Gorsedd. The property is located approximately a 10 minute walk from the village pub ( The druids inn, Gorsedd) and the church. Multiple supermarkets are located approximately 5 minutes drive away in the town of Holywell (Tesco, Aldi and Iceland). The house is within two minutes drive of the A55 road and local service station with 24h petrol station and amenities such as McDonald’s and subway. Chester, Liverpool and Manchester are all within easy driving distance being 25,50,60 minutes away respectively. There are plenty of great walks in the area with the clwydian hills about 10 minutes away and Snowdonia national park 1 hour. Other places of interest on the North Wales coast include Prestatyn and Llandudno which are 20 minutes and 30 minutes. Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles. There is a bus service in the village into Holywell which then connects to other towns further afield. The nearest train station is flint 10 minutes away, which offers straight through trains to London (just over two hours) also Manchester and Holyhead. The area is great for walking in the clwydian range, the All-Wales coastal path and loggerheads country park. The house is also near to St Winefride’s holy well and the Franciscan Friary in Pantasaph. The location is also brilliant for cyclists as there are plenty of quiet roads in the area. There are a lot of great towns to visit along the north wales coast such as Llandudno, rhos on sea and the picturesque town of Conwy all of which are within easy driving distance. Slightly further afield is the snowdonia National park offering endless walks and cycling routes as well as activity centres such as zip world and surf snowdonia.
