A/C Tuscan cozy villa strategic position for trips

Newly built villa with fine finishes on three floors tavern and living room with fireplace, garage, three bedrooms (two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with twin beds) and 4 bathrooms, garden with large furnished terrace. 6 km from Pistoia, 30 km from Florence, 40 km from Lucca. When I talk about this accommodation the first image that comes to mind is the expression of wonder and amazement that several guests from all over the world had just after entering the house. This accommodation in fact is decorated with fine details, well-kept furnishings and is an authentic hidden treasure nearby. From here it is possible to easily visit the most famous places in Tuscany (such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Montecatini Terme, Versilia) as well as other less known places where is still preserved a particular authentic atmosphere. I can only testify how different guests were so pleasantly impressed by this house that, at the end of their stay, they expressed the desire to come back again - among them, some really did. In order to offer the best experience ever, guests will have access to the entire villa, only with the exception of two rooms and the attic. The small town is safe, quiet and equipped with all the necessities required for accommodation. In fact, just around the corner you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, an ATM, a pizzeria - and an ice-cream parlor! In short walking distance (less than 5 minutes) you will also find a good restaurant/pizzeria. Exactly just outside the house there is the bus stop (bus n°14) to easily reach, without changing, the Pistoia train station, from where you can start your holiday to all the places in Tuscany. If you come by car, both the garage inside the house and the outdoor parking are available, safe and totally free. There are four cameras in the garden but, of course, they are turned off for the whole period of guests' holiday. Privacy first!
