Welcome travelers to your home away from home, in this stylish 1000sqft Victorian getaway! We offer charm, character & convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee in the turret, all the wonder of being outside (5 window view), yet all comforts of the warmth within. We are 40 minutes from Boston & 1.5 hours south of the White Mountains. We are 1.9 miles from 93N/S ramp. We are following airbnb/CDC covid-19 standards for cleaning. Free Private, onsite parking & Private entrance. We offer cozy comfort and character, including 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, bathroom, living room and front room, with a dining table and nook for conversation. Comfortable king size bed invites you to bedroom 1. Bedroom 2, Victorian Princess style, hosts a comfy queen size bed with a sitting area by the window. A full kitchen includes microwave, stove, toaster & kureig. The dining area is positioned in the turret, with 5 windows for multiple views and there is a cozy sitting area for tea and conversation. The couch pulls out to a queen size bed. The living room has a plush couch, which pulls out to a queen size bed, and an electric fireplace adds ambiance. A flat screen TV, with a roku device, tops the mantel of the electric fire place. The TV is not connected to cable. For your convenience, there is a desk with a cell phone tower charger. The bathroom is equipped with a full length tub/shower, open shelving for linens and a full length mirror hangs on the back of the door. French doors join the living and dining room and both have hardwood floors. All the comforts of home awaiting your arrival! Our guests have their own private entrance, which is the front door and your private driveway is to the left of the house. The foyer lights will automatically come on with movement. This is a 2 family home, we reside on the 1st floor and welcome you to the apartment on the 2nd floor. I am available by phone, text and e-mail. We are on 2 acres of land, within walking distance to quaint downtown. Broadway street has an enchanting coffee shop called The Grind, which is on the Derry rail trail. A well known, Italian restaurant, Sabbotinos is across the street, next to The Cask and Vine, noted for local wines and beer. There is an incredibly scenic rail trail that runs 10 miles south to Salem NH. Some helpful information: extra pillows are in the bedroom closets. Extra blankets and pillow cases in bedroom 1, are in the top drawer. in bedroom 2, they're in the chest. Light switches, outside porch and inside foyer are automatically set for movement. Your driveway is to the left of the house as you face the house. Your private entrance is the front door.
