Our sweet home can fit 9 pax. !!! The Rumah@BM City has 1 en-suite large bedroom with 1 king size beds and 1 queen size beds that accommodate 4 comfortably . And another 3 small bedroom with 5 single beds that can accommodate 5 people.The living hall has one comfortable sofa and provides semi-privacy with curtain partition. Our kitchen is equipped with 1 fridge and washing machine. Simple cutlery and crockery are provided. You can cook some light cooking here. The entire unit is air conditioned and is equipped with unlimited fibre optic high speed (up to 100Mbps) wifi. In the living room, we got provide TVbox with free movie, so you can relax after a long day of tour. We also provide each guest a clean towel throughout the stay and you can find shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. Do take your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Don't worry we also provide 4 hair dryers. If you drive here, don’t worry about where to park, we here provide 2 free secured indoor carpark for your beloved car. We will also show you where to park if you have third vehicle coming together, don't worry and let us be the guide. 1. Car park with dedicated access card 2. But being in this food paradise, there would be little time for you to spend in the kitchen as all time would be spend on the street feasting with all local street food delicacies! We hope all our guest treat our suite unit as like your own property. ~ Shoes OFF Please Help Keep Our Home Neat NO shoes on your feet ~ Please switch off all the electrical appliances when not in use or when you leave. ~ Please be considerate at night - no loud noises ~ No Smoking Inside our home. ~ Wash and clean the kitchen area after use the utensils of kitchen appliances Much Appreciated. ~No pets allow ~Only light cooking is allowed Security Deposit -Before your check in we will collect security deposit from you RM 200-RM400(FULLY REFUNDABLE) if you damage the home, you may be charged up to RM400 Please take your time have a look the house rules. -No smoking inside the premise. -No party allowed inside the premise. -No additional guests without prior approval. -No drunk-drinking inside the premise. -The use of confetti or table scatters, Sticky or Double Sided tape are not allowed within the premise. -Guests shall not be allowed to move the furniture in the unit without permission from the host. -Usage of in-house items are to be used with care, discretion and consideration. -Use of kitchen should only be for light cooking and should be cleaned up after usage. -Guests are advised to be considerate in their noise levels especially during late nights (after 12am). -Please switch off lights, air-conditioners, fans, electrical appliances and water taps when not in use. -Please close all windows and doors before leaving premise for your activities. -Please not to eat & drink in the room and living room to avoid spillage and attraction of ants. -Guests should be made liable for damages /loss of the items in the premise. Guest will be given a set of keys consisting of house key, front entrance keys and access card. Home owner will also hold a duplicate set for security purposes. -All access card and keys must be returned upon check out, we will forfeit your RM400 deposit (as a penalty) upon check-out if your access card & key are not returned or if it is damaged.
