Our Apt. located in service road, surrounded with local community. Having two independent bedroom with kitchen space on each floor, within walking distance you can buy groceries as well transportation to main town. Fort Kochi beach is less than 1 km away as well major restaurants. Biennale office & workshops within walking distance. Amenities includes Banks, ATM, Post office, Bus Terminal, Tak Tek, Ferry, churches, mosque, temples, Dental clinic, Ayruvedic centers, Govt. Hospital all within 1 KM Very silent area within city limits. Having small balcony from the bed room. Roof top, parking area Happy to serve the guest to their requirements as needed. Local residents mainly Hindus and Christians. Very silent area and all amenities within walking distance. Within walking distance to the public transportation, as well guest can park in the service road or in our parking area as per the space available. We are giving cookery classes for ladies (kerala dishes), the charges/fee for the class is very minimal.
