A fully renovated yet charming holiday Cottage/Gite and detached main house with modern facilities set within 27 acres of wonderfully secluded countryside grounds a mere 15 minutes from Le Mans town centre. We offer a fully private heated above ground swimming pool, fishing lake, BBQ area and free WiFi. Access via private road leading to private secure parking. We can also accommodate disabled individuals with good wheelchair access around the property as a whole; featuring a wet room in the Gite. We can arrange for machinery and trailers to be parked up if competing at the nearby 24Hr or Bugatti circuits. Transport into Le Mans can be provided if desired. Pets are catered for with prior notice. Bakery, Butchers, Grocery store, Barbers/hairdressers, Tabac, Shopping centre. Transport into Le Mans can be provided if desired. Taxi, Train, Tram etc. all easy to provide. Our luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen and toweling is supplied and included in the final price to make your stay extra special, comfortable and memorable.
