CIR 016204-CIM-00002 This apartment is newly renovated, comfortable and independent, finely furnished with red and grey tones and located in a low-rise building provided with lift and entry at the first floor. Very comfortable, the apartment can easily host 4 people, and it is located in a quiet area of Sovere, less than 5 Km from the Iseo lake and 7 Km from Endine lake. Perfect point of starting for the numerous excursions and sightseeing for an unforgettable and relaxing holiday. The apartment has a big living room with a well-equipped kitchen, stovetop, fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Also, we provide iron and aid kit. The living room has a couch and a flat-screen tv with entrance to the terrace, equipped with table, chairs and a sunchair. The 4-people bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa bed, wardrobe, flat screen tv, air conditioning. Bathroom has a shower, hair dryer, heated towel rail and shampoo and soap dispenser. The apartment has a private car parking (reservation is needed), a private entry, free Wi-Fi, heating system, air conditioning and washing machine. All areas are reserved only for our guests. Guest interaction: I give my guests space but am available when needed. Independent entrance for self check-in, you can enter the apartment whenever you arrive. Self check-in after 3PM, with lockbox. We will send a message on Airbnb website for the combination, after the reservation. Check-out until 10AM. It can take you to Monte Isola, the biggest lake-island in Europe. Monte Isola arrived third on the podium for the title of "Best European Destination 2019", after Budapest and Braga. For lovers of winter outdoor activities, we suggest going to Monte Guglielmo (at an altitude of 1,900 metres), with the snowshoes. This destination is very popular due to the stunning landscape. During the winter season, about 6 km from our structure, on the port of Lovere, it is possible to ice-skate. After that, a hot chocolate will be very pleasant. On cold winter days, about 24 km from our structure, it is possible to enjoy a relaxing moment at the SPA Terme di Boario. Finally, as a winter pearl, you can admire the fairytale landscape provided by the Endine Lake. It is coveder by a layer of ice. Close to the apartment, there are banks, coffee bars, grocery shopping stores and much more. Three minutes walk to public transport. All the local amenities at your convenience! The apartment is about 40 Km from Orio al Serio International Airport, 28 Km from Montecampione SkiArea, 75 Km from Adamello Ski Area, 20 Km from Monte Pora and 25 minutes by car from Terme di Boario SPA. Final cleaning, blankets, towels, bathrobe, shampoo and soap dispenser are ALL included. Baby cot can be provided extra charge (€ 5.00 per night). Animals are not permitted. No smoking inside.
