Stylish hilltop holiday apartment arranged on three levels with stunning sea views, 3 minutes drive from the nearest beach and 10 minutes drive from the main village amenities and ferry port. Ideal for those seeking relaxation and the ultimate greek ‘sea and sun’ holiday experience. The apartment is part of a small housing complex in a large olive grove estate that consists of 7 different properties, situated on the hill on the west side of Kalopigado beach. It is approximately 95 sq.m. split on three levels with a large outdoor seating area. The wonderful view can be enjoyed from all rooms and their balconies. The top floor consists of a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. A baby cot can be added on demand. The middle floor, which is also the main entrance of the apartment consists of a double room and a reception area which can sleep an extra 2 people. There is also another bathroom with shower. On the lower ground floor there is an open plan kitchen with a dining table and the living room. There is a sofa and if needed an extra bunk bed can be added to the space. There is also another bathroom with shower on this floor. The house is very comfortable for 2 couples or a family of 4 , but if you do not mind having children sleeping in common areas you could fit up to 8 people (4 adults and 4 children). If you are a larger group you could book apartment 1 and 2 that are adjacent and have large shared veranda on the ground floor. Ammouliani is an ideal location for those who want to leave it all behind and truly relax, enjoy the unbeatable sea of the Halkidiki Region - as all locals will never fail to remind you … “there is no place like Halkidiki!” Olive bay properties are situated on the west side of Kalopigado beach in Ammouliani, which can be reached by car on a dirt road just 2,5 km from the island's port and main village. The apartments are situated inside an olive grove estate and all the roads within the estate are dirt roads too, but can be accessed with all cars. It does get a dusty going up the hill but well worth it, once you reach the apartments! The drive from the beach house to the hilltop apartments takes maximum 3 minutes. On the islands main village you can find all shops, tavernas, bars, supermarkets, fishmonger, butcher etc. for your supplies. The closest airport to Ammouliani is in Thessaloniki, which is 115 km from Tripiti Port. There is a frequent 15 minute Ferry crossing between Tripiti and Ammouliani Port. Kavala Airport is also an option at 170 km away from Tripiti Port. We provide a stress free self-check in and check-out method to the apartments by using a lock box. Our guests will receive a code to the lockbox prior to their arrival where their keys will be waiting for them. If we have a same day departure and arrival we are strict about our check-in and check-out times and we kindly ask our guests to respect that. If that is not the case we are very flexible and happy to arrange otherwise! There is always a member of staff in the estate and readily available if help is needed. I am always happy to reply to your queries through text messages, email etc at any time. Ammouliani island comes to life in the summer as visitors gather for its fantastic beaches! On the islands main village you can find many shops, tavernas, bars, supermarkets, bakeries, a fishmongers and a butcher, as well as a small funfair that will cover most of your needs for supplies and entertainment . The apartment is 10 minutes drive to the islands' main village and Port. The closest beach is Kalopigado, just down the hill about 3 minutes drive. Ammouliani is best reached by car but there is also a bus connection between Thessaloniki and Tripiti Port. There is no extensive public transport or taxi on the island but you can get a bus from the port to most popular beaches. One can hire motorbikes or bicycles as well as small boats that don’t require any special license. Cleaning and fresh linen are provided once per week and if you need extra cleaning services it can be arranged at an extra cost. Please bring your own beach towels!
